Corporate Wellbeing  Sound Relaxation 

Designed to provide busy teams with a much-needed opportunity to release tension and recharge. In just one session, employees are guided into a state of deep relaxation through a calming soundscape created with over 21 instruments, allowing them to step away from their fast-paced work environment and find a moment of peace. This experience helps reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and restore focus—ultimately boosting productivity and overall wellbeing. Group Sound Baths

Participants come together to immerse themselves in the healing vibrations of sound, fostering a beautiful sense of unity and collective peace. Layered soundscapes are created using a core set of instruments including bowls, a gong or drum, and therapeutic percussions, guiding the group into a deep state of relaxation that helps release stress, balance energy, and bring a profound sense of calm. Group sound baths are perfect for friends, families and community groups, as well as unique celebrations like birthdays or bachelor/bachelorette parties, for those seeking a shared meditative journey.  

These personalized sessions offer a deeply tailored sound healing experience, focusing on an individual’s unique needs and intentions. Whether addressing specific stress, emotional blockages, or physical tensions, the 1-1 setting allows for a custom journey that guides the client into a state of profound relaxation and inner balance.

These 3 or 5-hour interactive workshops offer small groups a deeper understanding of the principles, benefits and techniques of sound relaxation therapy. Through guided exercises and hands-on exploration of 15 therapeutic instruments, attendees learn how sound can be used as a tool for stress relief, mindfulness, and self-care. The workshops combine practical techniques with immersive sound experiences, empowering participants to incorporate sound relaxation into their own wellness routines. Perfect for those who are curious about sound healing or want to explore new ways to promote personal and collective wellbeing.
